We are pleased to share the news that Marylebone Partners LLP was formally appointed as the investment manager of Majedie Investments plc, at the Company's general meeting today. Majedie Investments will adopt the new investment policy and objective, as detailed in the Company's recently published Circular.

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld in respect of the resolution, which was voted on by way of a show of hands, will be published on the Company's website.
